OUR PROGRAMS

We offer a wide range of adult Jiu-Jitsu classes so students can choose the class that best suits their needs. We have three tiers of classes that address varying degrees of skill and knowledge.

Jiu-Jitsu classes for children begin with the building blocks that are needed to teach the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu. We have developed a curriculum that is structured in a way that shows children and teens the value of routine, cooperation and self-awareness.

SALVATORE PACE

3rd Degree Black Belt Brazilian Jiujitsu with over 15 years as a black belt Professor .

Professor Salvo is a pioneer of Gracie Barra Brazilian jiujitsu in Europe having plaid an important role in the expansion of Gracie Barra .

Professor Salvatore (Salvo) is a World Cup Champion (2006 Blue), Grapplers Quest Champion – Las Vegas (2010), 2x British Champion (2005, Blue weight and absolute), NAGA European Champion (2010 Masters Gi, and 2014 No Gi).

CARLOS LEMOS JNR

5th degree black belt Brazilian Jiujitsu.

Professor Carlos is a 4 x World Champion, 5 x Brazilian Champion, European Champion, 2 x NAGA Champion US National No GI champion. Professor Carlos is based at Gracie Barra Downers Grove in Chicago. He is the teacher of Professor Salvatore Pace, all the way from white belt to black belt, and visits Gracie Barra South West to give seminars on a regular basis.
